You work directly on the A0 poster. The questions are printed in each section, so you don’t need a separate guide. Each block helps you uncover missing information, align expectations, and build a full picture of your project that others can actually follow. It works whether you're in an agile team, using traditional methods, or managing change in a more fluid setup.

1. Mount the canvas on a wall in your meeting space or office where the team can easily see and access it.
   
2. Hand out Stattys Notes and have each person contribute answers to the guiding questions in specific sections.
   
3. Cluster and arrange responses visually to build out the full picture of the project. Encourage discussions around gaps, contradictions, or overlaps.
   
4. Review together, adjust wording if needed, and use the filled-out canvas as a living reference throughout the project.
